DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values - Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Create and maintain HR policies and procedures - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture - Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs - Manage and coach the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
REQUIREMENT

- Proven experience as an HR professional, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build relationships strong and influence stakeholders at all levels - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred Join our team and lead our HR department to new heights of success!
