DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conducting employee recruitment process (job-posting, sorting, psychotest & interview schedule, offering letter, medical check-up arrangement and prepare employee contract)
Managing the employee agreement including all related document and controlling employee contract
Responsible to all HR Administration Activity: (attendance, employee data, headcount, turnover, HRIS, monthly report, WLK, organization chart, performance management, employee relation & communication, employee engagement, and retention)
Payroll management activities (salary, allowance, income tax and bonus/merit increase/salary range/indirect manpower)
Design, develop and implementation Company procedure & regulations, policy and SOP
Plan, implement, monitor HR strategy & KPIs following business strategy of Commercial
Implement employee development initiatives (performance management, talent identification and verification, succession planning, mentoring and coaching) to help develop future leaders of the organization.
Training & people development: Analyze, identify and arrange the training needs of the organization (training needs analysis) and its employees, oversee the training delivery process & evaluate results (training evaluation), and competency matrix.
Handling & Designing Company’s compensation and benefit package (incentive/awarding), grading system, job evaluation, salary structure
Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) including employee registration and all related activities
Industrial Relation (conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Provide support and advice related to internal and external clients matters
Review contract and company's legal documents
Responsible in all HR & GA Division and Section
Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangements for operation and other activities (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and related arrangements)
Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and housekeeping services
Inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies
Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
Keeping the record of office working systems (printers and photocopier, internet connection, telephone billing, etc.).
Willing to work at Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan
Candidates must be ready to join immediately
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Law / Human Resource Management / Psychology or Equivalent
Having experience for at least 3 years in HRD Job related or similar roles
Good knowledge about Human Resource, especially in HR Policy, Procedures, Job Description, SOP, and Performance Appraisal
Excellent command in English, both oral and written
Having a good relationship skill, communication, good negotiation skill, good integrity, good analytic, persistent, well-organized and has strong interpersonal skill
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Strong knowledge on rules & regulations of employment and labour laws
Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation
Understand article no. 11 year 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) and article 13 year 2003 about manpower policy in Indonesia, and HR other supported regulation
Working knowledge of HRIS System will be a plus
