DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with team to identify current and future staffing needs across various departments. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role. In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, such as UUTK (Undang-Undang Tenaga Kerja), Kemnaker (Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan), BPJSTK (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja), etc.
