DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Monitoring organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Review & manage salary structure and revise current salary structure ads needed.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Management policies and procedures according to the actual needs of the organization.
Monitor scheduled absences and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work-related issues.
Perform other related duties as required
Bridging the company's legalization issues with third parties
Communicate and negotiate with parties (regulators, external environment, public authorities.) and create a relationship of trust
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology/Management
Have a minimum 5 years experiences in the same field
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
Have a good knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
Able to operate Ms. Office
