DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing and leading a variety of Employee Services and HR transactions spanning the entire employee lifecycle – hire-to-retire
Coordinating the end-to-end on- and offboarding processes for new hires (including meet and greet, New Hire Orientation program) as well as employees’ exits procedures and compliance.
Operationalizing HRIS system to reflect organizational changes, employee movements and maintaining accurate core employee data at all time.
Coordinating expatriation processes including document applications, relocation, and other services. Work closely with immigration agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition.
Managing the execution for end-to-end payroll processing on a timely and accurate manner in accordance with company policy, payroll schedule and Indonesia statutory requirements 2 Managing and coordinating employee benefit programs, insurance and motivating other relevant benefits
Maintaining labour related company policies and driving organizational compliance to applicable Indonesia law and regulations.
Acting as ‘trusted HR Advisor’ for all stakeholders seeking for support regarding HR policy & processes, transactions & self-service portal navigation (i.e. Workday, leave and benefit administration).
Taking ‘end-to-end’ ownership for requests in scope and deliver high quality Services to our employees with a focus on ‘Moments That Matter’ to ensure everybody working at Seek has a phenomenal experience at work.
Participating in HR Policies & Procedures review, enhancement/LEAN initiatives to create and sustain an excellent employee experience via incremental improvements in our service offering using data and insights.
