REQUIREMENT
Provide support in the identification of relevant training programmes & potential training partners that would be best suited to meet the learning development objectives Analyse the development needs and propose initial design of training / development programs to address the identified needs. Primary administrator to HRDC / similar government-funded initiative's processes, policies, schemes and portal as to ensure optimal utilisation of value and benefits offered First point of contact in addressing employee's queries and providing initial advise on regular matters pertaining to the function Best if they have a network for someone who knows contacts like training consultants/vendors/government agencies Preferably someone with L&D experience of 3-5 Years minimum
