DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible in assisting the People and Safety Departmenton the entire spectrum of HR duties.
Responsible in managing Human Resource Information System, i.e. key in new employees details, leave application, staff attendance, generating of management reports, etc.
Responsible in managing staff personal file, documentation of new employees, assist in organising orientation, managing of correspondence documents, etc.
Prepare appointment letters, tracking of staff probation, issuing of confirmation letter, etc.
Handling of enquiries pertaining to HR matters, maintain confidentiality of staff information and cascade queries / information to Immediate Superior for complex matters.
Responsible in assisting Immediate Superior on other matters such as performance appraisal, disciplinary matter, training, expatriate matters, exit management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, manpower planning and budget, etc.
Opportunity to hands on the payroll system.
Dealing with agency for expatriate visa application/ renewal.
REQUIREMENT
Studying Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Independent as well as team player with good working attitude and willing to go extra mile to complete assigned task and able to perform multi-tasking.
Able to work in fast pace environment and possess integrity and high degree of confidentiality.
