DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare compensation & benefit program monthly to all employees to ensure the fairness and equity principles.
Prepare and analyze purposed compensation and benefit policies and procedures to ensure a competitive remuneration plan.
Prepare and analyze employee tax, medical insurance, social insurance (BPJS) and pension fund to comply with Company policies and procedures and government regulation.
Maintain and analyze Human Resources Information System for HR Department recommendation to make it’s more applicable.
Prepare and manage seconded personal cost from parent company to make sure that all invoices are true and aligned with Company objectives.
Prepare and manage employee’s report (Attendance, Leave, Medical Claim and other related) to ensure all data accurate and update.
Prepare and manage employees working attributes as Company standard such as ID Card, Insurance Card and BPJS Card.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum D-3 in accouting, tax, finance
Minimum 2 years in Human Resource Field especially Compensation Benefit and payroll
HR Planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit Management, Industrial Relations, Contract Monitoring, Payment, Tax, Payroll
