DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Recruitment: manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening resumes, conducting and coordinating interviews and offer management Facilitate on-boarding process for new hires Employment management & Compensation: Performing personnel-related administration such as absence, leave, payroll, overtime, and BPJS. People Development Management: Manage training/learning, and performance appraisal. Industrial Relations Management: Disseminate rules and regulations, and ensure company policies are in line with applicable laws/PP. Ensure a comfortable, clean and safe working environment. Having knowledge of labor laws (UU 2003 No. 13, UU No. 20 of 2020 CIPTAKER & PP No. 35). Willing to work in Cibitung Bekasi - Jawa Barat
REQUIREMENT

Age: maximum 35 years Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Psychology, Management of Human Resource, Law or any relevant major At least 2 years of working experience in HR or similar fields at Manufacturing Company. Computer literary (Ms office, MS Outlook) and familiar with ERP/SAP program Have knowledge and skills in Recruitment Procedure, employment Insurance/ BPJS Employment Proficient in using and processing employee data by HRIS or Manual. Having good communication skill, prioritize, multi-task, and manage job in a fast-paced environment Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement Understanding Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) and ISO 9001 Fluent in English, both oral and written Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Cibitung - Bekasi
