HR Business Partner to operations departments to execute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for the business units.
Works with stakeholders to recommend appropriate manning level, ensuring effective utilization of manpower
Identifies best sources of talent to meet manning needs through cross training, up-skilling, inter-hotel transfers, or external hires
Conduct interviews and ensure best fit candidates are selected, and make recommendations to stakeholders
Completes the required HR reports by MOHG and local regulations
Drives employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations
Administers HR policies and procedures within the Hotel
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ data
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Human Resources Manager
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
Preferably with experience working as a HRBP in hotel or tourism industry
Oral and written fluency in English
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Outgoing and people-oriented
Displays initiative and willing to learn
