DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement recruitment plan, including all recruitment process and regarding organizational development. Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy Responsible for the recruitment process for experienced hires (job posting, screening, interview, conducting test, background checking, offering and onboarding). Responsible to create monthly new hires forecast report Ensure that all employee have Job description and coordinating with all user Create and monitoring KPI or performance appraisal employee.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in psychology / human resources management. Experienced minimum 2 years in mining company. Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process. English is a must, Mandarin speaking is a plus. Able to conduct psychological testing and explain the result to users Excellent verbal and written communication skills Persuasive and goal-oriented Willing to be placed at SCBD Jakarta
