Take ownership of the entire recruitment process and selection
Proactively headhunt candidate to fulfil the recruitment needs
Engage hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and requirements and provide sourcing channel
Have a good understanding of recruitment tools
Ensure the best candidates are selected and the recruitment process has been conducted efficiently and cost-effectively
Liaise with external head-hunters, if required to discuss job requirements
Identify improvements and support the development of engagement action plans
Any HR generalist task required from time to time
