DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning, including assessing current and future staffing needs, conducting job analyses, and identifying critical roles and skills gaps. Monitoring the recruitment and selection process Developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. Identifying training and development needs within the organization and designing or sourcing appropriate programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and competencies Managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs Analyzing HR data Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certifications such as Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or similar credentials are advantageous. Significant experience (5-7 years) in a Human Resources management role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage HR teams and collaborate with other departments. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Stay updated with the latest trends, laws, and technologies in HR Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to develop HR initiatives that support the business strategy
