Overall management of technical operations, including management of a diverse team of skilled IT professionals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to leverage emerging technologies and drive innovation across the organization.
Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify digital transformation opportunities and define roadmaps for their successful implementation.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs; develop a roadmap to implement solutions based on Company prioritization.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve corporate efficiency. Provide strategic guidance to senior management on technology-related matters, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate existing technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for enhancement, scalability, and cost optimization. Create processes and standards for selecting, implementing, and supporting systems.
Responsible for end-to-end project management, support, service, and execution of the IT integration process including but not limited to:
Review of Current IT provider, nature of services, and terms
Responsible to scope various projects.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring effective service delivery and value realization.
Foster a culture of innovation and AI-driven decision-making, ensuring teams are empowered and equipped to leverage AI capabilities.
Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
Review technology requirements for client-facing systems to ensure consistency of delivery and cohesive solution architecture.
Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Create a budget and report on expenditures.
REQUIREMENT
Experience supporting BPO infrastructure.
Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and systems development approaches.
Possess strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information.
Experience in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their specifications.
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing digital transformation initiatives, managing IT infrastructure, and driving AI adoption, with a minimum of [number] years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and emerging solutions, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging solutions.
Experience in data warehouse migration.
