Administer Recruitment and Work Passes
Advise on the required headcount for each section
Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection process which includes requisition, sourcing, screening and evaluation of candidates, coordinate interviews, as well as preparation of employment contracts
Onboarding administration
Follow up and process all types of work passeses, updates of OFWAS and ensure housing meets MOM requirements
Handle all resignation/termination/dismissal cases
Offboarding administration
Check and advise annual leave balance and outstanding issues
Prepare acknowledgement letters, conduct exit interviews and process exit clearance
Handle and administer repatriation for foreign workers
Handle all disciplinary cases
Coordinate with department managers to issue warning letters
Give advice to the department managers with regard to Company policies and Employment Act
Prepare warning or termination letters
Handle day-to-day HR operations administration, enquiries, updates and reports
Assist in employee communication activities (preparation and announcement of memo and staff communication)
Handle all aspects of personnel administration and issuance of letters (confirmation, performance appraisal form, increment, bonus, promotion, transfer or others)
Handle employee benefits and welfare such as uniform, leave and insurance administration
Provide assistance to employees on human resource policies and other HR matters
Maintain employee files and update personal records in HRIS
Participate in work improvement projects
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
People-oriented and have passion in HR
Ability to interpret and give advice on the application of Employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
Meticulous and pragmatic problem solving skills
Team player with “can-do” spirits
