DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Follow up support tickets from IT Service Desk includes replacing parts and provide backup unit as required, in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements, Diagnostic, analyze and resolve daily problem/issues. Prepare and setup IT equipments (PC, servers, AP, PDT, ROUTER, MODEM, etc). Installing & Testing IT equipment on target for New Store, CSO, remodel and replacement unit. Execute preventive maintenance of IT Equipment according to the plan. Install new users email outlook account, tools software. Daily monitoring networking & server infrastructure Create & develop daily Operation Services report.
REQUIREMENT

Minimal D3 Computer engineering, Information Technology, Electrical engineering. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in technical support area or operational. Strong Technical Knowledge of computer and hardware equipment Good Knowledge of Operating system and networking system Analytical Skill Communication skill.
