DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Conduct end to end process talent acquisition to fulfill all vacancies (Operation & Back Office) 2. Source potential candidates through online channels including screening & pre interview candidates, conduct selection activities. (e.g. social media platform and professional networks) 3. Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and saving database potential candidates 4. Create Daily to monthly report on recruitment progress
REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Management Human Resources 2. Have a good communication skills and english fluency 3. At least 1 years experience in the same position 4. Expertise Microsoft Office (Excell, Power Point, etc) 5. Have knowledge labor regulation 6. Join ASAP is a plus
