DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Calculate, maintain, and report compensation and benefit process (include but not not limited to: overtime, employee payroll, outpatient and inpatient, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, increment salary, THR, insurance) Calculate and report of taxes related to employees Updating employee data Administrative task in promotion, rotation/transfer employee Improvement in HRIS
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor's degree (S1), any major, preferrably from IT/related Minimum 2 years working experience as HR-Compensation & Benefit in banking/financial services company Good reporting skills (excellent working with Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point Placement : MT Haryono - East Jakarta
