DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform reception duties (answering incoming telephone calls, greeting drop-in customers and visitors, attending to customer requests for assistance)
Provide administrative support to our Managers and Staff to ensure general office operations run smoothly including:
Handling travel arrangements (air ticket & hotel reservations)
Maintaining staff amenities & organizing staff functions
Ordering/purchasing of office and pantry supplies
Manage Office Facilities including:
liaising with the building’s maintenance team
arranging for servicing/repair/upkeep needs for company assets
keeping company assets and software license lists up-to-date
Perform Human Resources Functions (excluding Payroll)
Preparing & maintaining staff performance records in conjunction with Section Managers
Maintaining staff records (leave, benefit claims, etc)
Liaising with Managers for new staff recruitments (contacting candidates, arranging interview dates, issuing letters of appointments/confirmations, etc)
REQUIREMENT
Highly organized and efficient yet flexible towards work scope Discrete (knowing what information is confidential and maintaining that confidentiality) Good computer skills with a keenness to learn new software Possess a Diploma or higher in a relevant field Must have a good command of written and spoken English for effective interaction with overseas customers Approachable, proactive and a self-starter, able to work independently as well as part of the team
