DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle full cycle of Recruitment session including Job advertisement, arrangement for interview, and related pre-employment documentation. Manage Employee On boarding and off boarding activities and documentation, conduct orientation and training for new joiner, and handle staff dismissal related process. Preparing monthly payroll of employee, including overtime entitlement, and Government Statutory Contributions. Monitor and track attendance and leave record on timely basis. Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues. Maintain and update all company confidential data and documentation with integrity manner. Upkeep employee information database. Oversee company administrative matters and upkeep of company facilities and equipment. Prepare and maintain monthly report for management.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration / Human Resource Management / Business Studies or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resource & Administration related matters. General knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act. Good communication skill and problem-solving skills. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant Human Resource Management Software. An independent person with high degree of maturity, integrity and initiative. Required language(s): Good command in both speaking and writing for Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
