DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinates interview arrangement with the hiring managers. To monitor and maintain employees records in the personal file as well as in the payroll system. Provide general administrative and clerical support such as prepare HR letters, monitoring stationery and pantry inventory. To coordinate for wedding gifts and new-born baby gifts. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field. Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in handling recruitment or support in related field. Candidate must be organized, attention to detail, responsible and independent. Preferably candidates than can start work immediately. Candidates who are familiar with Boss.net software will be an added advantage.
