DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Primary Role Assist in reviewing training-related policies and procedures against organizational needs, and in compliance to legislative, ethical and regulatory standards Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify current and future learning needs to meet business requirements and develop training matrix for implementation across the Department. Provide end-to-end operational support for all L&D initiatives e.g. course registration, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, coordinating programmes, training grants administration, bond administration, training records, programme evaluation etc. Monitor completion of mandated learning courses, and identify lapses for enhancements Collate, prepare and analyse training data for generating business and HR insights Innovate training-related processes and practices through digitalisation by evaluating its impact to the end users. Support talent development via conventional career progression as well as development of subject matter experts and implement high-potential programmes and structured and customised succession plans Facilitate onboarding programmes by developing content and materials, delivering briefings for new hire orientation programmes and analysing data and feedback on the quality of the onboarding experience Implement Employee Engagement Survey and follow-up actions. Secondary Role (On Job Training Provided) Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment (e.g. Aircon maintenance, office lightings and electrical supply and installations, plumbing matters and etc.) Ensure office premise cleanliness and maintenance inclusive of office carpark, office compound, toilet, pantry areas and landscaping such as trees and grass cropping etc. In charge of rental rooftop space to Starhub & any application for rooftop access for other authorized contractor. Conduct of safety briefing. Liaison with BCA for building matters and monitor electricity and utility bills for dormitories. Arrangement of accommodation for general workers, Japanese expats housings includes purchasing household items. Transport arrangements for staff to job sites or any other company events. Arrange maintenance, repair or any other matters related to any company owned and leased vehicles.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalent in Training & Development qualifications. Preferably with recruitment experiences but not a must with. Good understanding of Government training grant mechanism and framework Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
