DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As an Administration Officer, you are the gentle guardian responsible for daily administration operations in Production Office. If you enjoy taking the initiative to build a wonderful office environment, this might just be the role for you. For example, looking after front desk, liaising with cleaners and building management, guiding new colleagues on administration, accounts and travel related matters. We understand that being an administration officer means you will have to deal with lot of ad-hoc tasks and deadlines. Therefore, being good at planning and prioritising will help you facilitate your day-to-day work. Being in the centre of office operations, you are one of the pillars holding up the foundation for our office staff by ensuring a good office experience. You should have a customer focused- and flexible mindset. You are the contact person for maintaining & managing inventory. You are not alone in this; we also expect you to work closely with cross-function stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment. Therefore, being able to build a strong network and using your communication skills will be good in this role.
REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of working experience in a similar role ( Experience in managing Housing, Travel, and Schooling administration is a plus) Prior experience as Team Secretary or Team Admin is preferred Professional personal presentation Good hands-on experience in handling administrative work, inventory management, & procurement
