DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To ensure all data entry in SOT/ CRM system are up to date and accurate. Daily check on all shared files of CR/CCC/MGL and ensure all data are up to date and proper follow up. Manages ePOD and devices inventory. Delivery team KPI report generation. Handle all incoming calls from CCC/CR and give direct responses as required Raise issues and feedbacks to CCC/CR Update email information to SOT/CRM Follow up on daily cases. Attend TSP session Fulfil customers’ feedback, claims and delivery requirements Confirmation of delivery bookings and follow up with end customers is required occasionally Close monitor the delivery status of the delivery teams through tracking system Communicating with delivery teams on their daily job status and ensure job closure at end of day Support night data/NDD for CP planning and pushing of M tracker Covid-19 Safety Check calls
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 year of customer service experience
