Met revenue Target set by company Planning together the sales strategy in accordance with the targets set by the company Analyze and plan service development, solutions and added value Search for new customers from various sources and through various media Coordinate the preparation of offers to potential prospective customers Negotiating with potential customers Coordination with related parts in the context of preparing a new business Maintain and maximize business relationships with customers Report sales activity on a weekly basis to management
REQUIREMENT

Age maximum 40 years old Candidate most possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major Experienced in Logistics or Forwarding Industry Proven success in gaining new business through prospecting Good presentation & business writing skills Having the ability to speak English both verbally and in writing Ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels Self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm Ability to think strategically and demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of supply chain management and knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry Familiar with using Microsoft Office Ability to use consultative selling to secure and maintain business Willing to travel for business Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Semarang
