REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of related experience in a similar role for instance in a Trading/Manufacturing Company or 4 years’ experience in a similar role of Supply Chain Management / Order Handling / Logistics. Previous experience within Customer Service and Supply Chain Management. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer. Computer literate with working knowledge of SAP-ERP Systems and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. A good problem-solver with strong inquisitive abilities; and able to provide permanent solutions on recurring issues. Motivated and a focused person who is committed to success for the long term. Possesses very good written and verbal communication skills. Has a good administrative background. Must have an eye for detail and the ability to work in a time-sensitive setting in a growing environment. Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. Able to work with limited to no supervision and as an innovative team member. Effectively provides support to fellow team members and shares knowledge / experiences willingly. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and applies feedback to improve performance. Meets productivity standards and completes work in timely manner.
