To keep an updated and complete inventory of all related operation equipment in the assigned kitchen section and ensure minimum breakage and spoilage.
Maintain the upkeep of the food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils and related items.
To work closely with the kitchen team members to ensure the smooth operations of the outlets.
Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotel’s standards accordingly.
REQUIREMENT
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
