REQUIREMENT

Age is minimum 28 years Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.2 At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as an Accounting & Finance Supervisor, preferably in Manufacturing Good knowledge of Enterprise accounting policy, costing, financial management, internal control, plant operation, goal management and production Understanding about accounting journal, Tax and Business Process In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes Proficient with Ms. Office and Google Sheets especially all formulas related to Ms. Excel Familiar with e-faktur Familiar with cost & Tax accounting computation knowledge such as SAP, Zahir, MYOB, SQL etc. Certified in SAP will be plus Certified in Brevet A & B Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business. Has analytical ability to provide good proposal and suggestions for company material cost efficiency Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment Able to set priorities, plan and organize work required by his/her direct superior Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity with an appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, and good interpersonal skills
