DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department Prepare yearly corporate income tax and monthly tax report Manage, oversee, process (as appropriate), and act as backup for processing of the following transactions: accounts payable, revenue and expense, fixed assets, cash, bank reconciliations, and allocations Research technical accounting issues for compliance Support month-end and year-end close process Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls High-level financial reporting and analysis Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods Review details of accounts (profit and loss and balance sheet accounts)
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education S1 (Accounting/Finance) Maximum age 35 years Have at least 3 years experience as Accounting & Tax Manager Expertise in Accounting (financial statement, accounting journal) and in the field of tax (PPH, VAT, and other tax regulations) In depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations and good understanding in accounting and finance Brevet A & Brevet B tax certificate preferable Have experience in Tax Audit is preferable Having good accounting skills, understand basic Accounting and Financial Statements Having good communication skills Can make good decisions and have a leadership spirit Having experience using an accounting system (Familiarity with ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) would be an advantage) Having good interpersonal skills, and details oriented Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken Available to work independently or team in under pressure circumstances and dynamic environment
