DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Report directly to the Marketing Manager of the company
Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Create and publish all marketing material (digital and print) in line with marketing plans.
Plan and implement digital campaigns.
Responsible for Marketing Manager
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Work closely with external vendors (e.g., design agencies, advertising agencies).
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
REQUIREMENT
Possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or related discipline At least 3 years of working experience as an Marketing Supervisor Strong project management skills Excellent leadership skills and ability to work independently Passionate about developing people Ability to work well with others (an all-rounded personality) Confident and dynamic personality. Strong creative outlook. Driven, hard-working and motivated Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of English
