DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements Gauge progress of various projects / products Communicate effectively with customers Create reports to give updates on projects/ products Train new employees
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Passion in software engineering, application development, or systems development Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms Excellent understanding of Deployment and Cloud Platform Architecture Mastering: Lumen, PHP and GoLang, PostgreeSQL, MongoDB, Reddish, Fire Base Experienced in doing monolithic migration to microservices Great analytical and math skills Incredible problem-solving abilities Ability to collaborate with many other teams Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers, passion in leading teams and growing people Ability to give constructive criticism Ability to make decisions quickly
