DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To grow the clients’ business through ensuring continuous investment in company’s products, solutions and services. To develop the relationship with the client in a way that enables the business growth for both the clients’ and company. To contribute towards the development of Annual Account Management Budget & Strategies.. Oversees the payment processes of the customers & keep track of the client’s outstanding through the aging report. Provides sales quotations / proposals. To contribute towards overall divisional sales target and provide ideas for maximizing sales volume. Accountable for the end to end operational performance towards this account, including forecasting and securing targeted net sales and margins per contract as well as ensuring that Add-on Sales activities and Change Request handling are in focus. Assures that proposed solutions for the client are in line with the clients’ needs, and provide the resource requirement projection. Defines the delivery strategies, together with the Project & Delivery team for the assigned account. Manages the scope of project portfolio, including Projects and other non-project business, and ensures that the team delivers to the scope. You will manage variation to the scope with the client personnel through established change request process. To establish any project/portfolio specific reporting that is required to monitor the fulfillment of SLAs (if applicable) and to facilitate invoicing. To serve as gatekeepers for new requests to the team to ensure that they are within the scope of the engagement. Establishes the end-to-end engagement processes with the client identified personnel and ensures that the process is adhered. To ensure that stakeholders get the right information at the right time regarding portfolio aggregated performance and issues.
REQUIREMENT

Possess Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT or any related field. Min 2 years of experience in selling IT Solutions or with strong networking in F&B industry. Good in presentation skills with confidence. Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast paced environment.
