DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Implementing the production plan into a work schedule and using manpower
Monitor all requests for raw materials, packaging materials or other supporting materials needed to smooth the production process.
Monitor, check and supervise all processes and work activities either before, during or after the production process.
Monitor the implementation of GMP's, HCCP programs and cleaning and sanitation procedures in the dry plant production section.
Fostering, directing and maintaining good cooperation among dry plant production employees
Conduct a study on the production process, the use of manpower to increase production efficiency.
Report to the Dept. Head of production if there are problems before making a decision
REQUIREMENT
Graduate S-1 with GPA > 3.0 of 4.0 Food Technology, Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG food company.
Have a leader spirit and dare to be responsible, and able to communicate well
