DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide assistance and advice on accurate information in all aspect both educational and non-educational, includes : the institutions, the course, the destination, study and social life, transportation, accomodation, etc. Involved in promotions, campaign and special event activities such as company’s exhibition or school expo. Achieve student recruitment target. Follow Up the Data minimum 50 calls per day Responsible for sales statistics Monitor the client before register until they finished the program Monitor student progress and their good study habits Resolve problems that may arise and ensure these are aimed at student satisfaction Submitting administrative tasks and reports
REQUIREMENT

Age between 20 – 30 years old Look attractive and have a professional attitude Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable local university in any field. Having experience minimum 3 years in Sales Area , especially in Education Industry Capable of working under pressure with an objective to achieve the given target A good command in English both verbal and written is a must Computer (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Internet literate Able to work in a team as well as independently Have a strong customer service communication skill and Constumer Centric Enthusiastic to be able to achieve sales targets and provide post-sales consulting services Able to communicate well and be skilled at making presentations in front of a lot people Can quickly gain the trust of clients Have confidence with professional appearance and good telephone skills Have a strong mind set and Hard working. Reliable, disciplined and organized, accustomed to managing time well Aktive, Positive, and energetic Willing to work with the shift system and work on weekends Placement: Virtu Education – Branch Office (Surabaya, kelapa gading, bekasi, bandung, serpong)
