DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Troubleshoot CCTV, sound system and other IT infrastructure devices
• Train users about potential uses of existing technology
• Troubleshoot all technology issues
• Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
• Provide individual training and support on request from users
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
• Install PCs
• Connect and set up hardwares
• Load all required softwares
• Input and maintain IP addresses
• Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
• Monitor security of all technologies
• Identify and prepare hardware for disposal or replacement if appropriate
• Input and update department’s asset list and other required data
REQUIREMENT
• Usia maksimum 35 tahun
• Kandidat harus memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang Computer Science / Teknologi Informasi atau sejenisnya
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 (satu) tahun dalam bidang IT Support (hardware dan application support)
• Memahami konsep jaringan computer TCP / IP dan Windows networking
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang Retail
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang perangkat dan sistem POS untuk Retail
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan deadline yang ketat
• Mampu bekersa sama dalam tim
