DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide Sales, Marketing, administrative and supports to Sales team to ensure the smooth work flow of functions in the Dept Sales & Marketing with the aim to providing and ensuring maximum and effective support. To support Sales in preparation quotation to Customers including sourcing to supplier and manufacturer, calculate all cost to final destination, and also calculate profit, etc. To provide weekly, monthly and annual report for quotation list for Sales Person and Management In coordination with Procurement Department to create Purchase Order (PO) to supplier and or manufacturer. To monitor the expediting of Order, Invoice to Customer and maintain safe custody of all business administration file for easy retrieval and to avoid misplacement of documents.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3 Experienced minimal 2 years / fresh graduated are welcome Having experience to handle all sales documents Strong attention to detail Experienced in organizing inter-department with good initiative Leadership, mature person, discipline, multitasking is a must Service oriented Computer literature : Office & Internet skill Independent, good interpersonal skill Willing to work under pressure, self motivated and entrepreneurships skills Fluent both written and oral in English Working Base in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur
