DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates) Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception Reservation handling Provide clerical support to the Operations / Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling
REQUIREMENT

Experience of working within a 4-5 star hotel reception department Able to work within a demanding fast paced environment Work as a team-member to provide a ‘best in class’ services Strong customer service skills Professional telephone manner together with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS applications Extremely well presented Salary above 19K
