1. Database Support Supporting business user for database functionalities and features To maintain Boost Digital Asset Management To solve problem product/program after launch on database level 2. Application Support To deliver support to end users in the organization through application development efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives Assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house applications training programs and related courseware.
REQUIREMENT

S1 Degree in a related field Personal credibility (integrity, flexibility, excellence – high achievers) Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience Medium knowledge in mobile apps architecture Medium knowledge in back-end system architecture (database, cloud, etc) Medium knowledge with Atlassian, Jira, confluence and all related with IT service management tools Good exposure with SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Linux, Phyton Having experience as Database Administrator will be an advantage
