DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To conduct necessary administration duties according to P&P.
To follow up signing process and limit setting procedure for each customer after Credit proposal has been approved.
To follow up the document deficiencies and/or any charges/ fees which shall be paid by customer.
To maintain good relationship with customer by providing clear and correct bank’s services and products towards customer’s needs
To assist other supporting department such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration, etc in delivering services to customer eg. Time deposit placement, other banking transaction, remittance, loan disbursement/ repayment, L/C issuing or negotiation.
To prepare progress report on current processing case.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
