DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Take all incoming telephone calls & messages. Perform data collection. Create an invoice & re-invoice of the goods. Make the quotation to customer accurately. Make a data entry of all expenses paid. Check all invoice, delivery order and the administration procedure. Update the last prices of products. Update stockbook.
REQUIREMENT

Age: preferably between 25 and 35 year old. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia Full-time positions are available. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good in computer skills. Have a good analytical thinking & ability to perform. Characteristics: trustworthy, willingness to learn, loyal, good interpersonal skills and motivated. Able to work under pressure. Able to work in a team. Willingness to work outside area/ region when is needed.
