DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for achieving sales target, market share, and profit target for all Areas and Outlets. Review and analyse sales data from all Areas. Coordinate, assign, and manage consolidated sales performance form Sales Control and Area Controllers. Responsible for ensuring Area Controllers submit accurate Retail Sales and Stock Plan on time for consolidation into the system. Responsible for monthly unit stock allocation from Head Office to Outlets. Comply with SOPs and standards established by the Principal and the company.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering. Experience in automotive industry / financial company with min. 3 years. Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point Have good comunication. High Discipline. Target Oriented. Ready to work overtime, if needed.
