DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Direct and coordinate employee relations process.
Maintain a good colleague filing records and an up to date database.
As per Millennium Hotel and Resorts policy and procedures lead’s the complete Learning & Development (L&D) activities.
Assist whenever required in HR colleagues’ activities.
Initiate and process employment requisitions, develop and edit departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements and position advertisements.
Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager
REQUIREMENT
Exceptional planning, organizing and coordinating skills
Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience of minimum 1 year in a similar position.
Must speak fluent English
