DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively Identifying market trend in our target market Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo Making sales report and sales planning Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable
REQUIREMENT

Age 26 - 35 years old Minimum educational background Diploma degree any major Minimum working experiences 2 years in retail fashion, sports and lifestyle Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills Able to communicate in English Able to work well in a team Good personality, friendly, honest, discipline, and confidence Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday
