DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Implement and maintain the company HR systems, policies as well as procedures
Provide technical guidance and support to HR staff
Renew staff on HR policies, processes and procedures
Direct and plan for staff care initiatives when required
Ensure timely processing of the payroll
Direct training sessions and seminars
Carry out orientations and update records of new staff
Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities
Handle the recruitment process through identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Make sure staff sign necessary employment documentation on an annual basis
Manage clearance the of staff including exit interviews and final dues payments
Manage and advice on all recruitments and selection in liaison with line managers
Handle all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Execute and maintain an effective and efficient staff record as well as filing systems
Plan meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
REQUIREMENT
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
At least three to five years of experience in the same field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be familiar with the UAE labor laws
A female candidate is required
Strong computer knowledge required
