Make sure the front desk and telephone have constant coverage and that visitors receive excellent customer service.
Preserve divisional records through maintaining a filing system and dispatch of mail.
Handle the office telephone line and front door.
Prepare letters and memos as required.
Assist in orienting new staff on proper use of office equipment.
Oversee all office repairs and maintenance of equipment’s and the office in general cleanness.
Maintain general office cleanliness.
Manage the maintenance of office equipment.
Offer general support to the HR department.
Prepare responses to customer inquiries.
Make sure administrative payments are done in a timely manner.
Maintain security of records, documents and equipment.
Monitor and control office supplies as well as stationery
REQUIREMENT
Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
Candidate with Practical experience in the same position.
Should have a good typing skills
Must have an organized approach and excellent time management skills.
Must be accurate and able to pay attention to details.
Expertise in Ms Office suite.
