DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
a) Filing completely and systematically all documents of the Department
b) Requesting and monitoring departmental supplies
c) Providing assistance to the Managers by setting meetings/appointments, travel schedules and activities
d) Disseminating updated and correct outgoing documents, signed contract of lease, award notice
e) Prepares correct and appropriate letter of intent, counter offer, memos, lease
proposal, award notice as advised by Immediate Supervisor to transmit necessary documents to respective recipient
F) Prepares PCV & RD with complete and correct attachments for petty cash reimbursement/ RD for advance rent, security deposit, construction bond request for disbursement.
G) Liquidates, monitors and cash outs all cash transactions and documents to maintain the departmental cash flow
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
With 1-2 years relevant experience in office admin.
2 Full-Time positions available.
