DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners 2.Providing Technical support across the company (troubleshoot, diagnosing and solving issues) 3.Repairing and replacing computer accessories as necessary 4.Create daily activity reports and procedural documentation 5.Set up new user accounts and maintaining attendance & access door machines 6.Generate employees attendance reports periodically as requested by management 7.Add, update and delete data in internal-use Trading programs if requested 8.Backup all departments data on the server and internal-use Trading and Tax programs’ databases periodically 9.Make a price comparison, payment request and purchase order for IT products as needed 10.Organize in form of labels and Inventory all IT & other electronic assets
REQUIREMENT

1.Minimum of one year of experience in the same field 2.Min. D3/S1 degree from Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology or related majors. 3.Ability to analyze and problem-solving skills 4.Good organizational skill and keen attention to detail 5.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English 6.Able to work under pressure and tight schedule 7.Good customer service and teamwork 8.Good knowledge of Ms. Office, SQL Server, SQL Query, Tax programs 9.Basic understanding of networking, firewall, and system security
