DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, welfare and administrative. Manages the human resources and reviews human resources plans Provide recommendation and assistance to other functions for implementation of performance improvement initiations and work plan. Perform salary calculations Doing overtime calculations, compensation, shift allowance etc. Employee administration (leave data etc.) Make employee contract Create a payroll report per month Establish cooperation with clients and employees related to the payroll process Working closely with Recruitment section and also Relation related to employee
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age 30 Years Education minimum D3 or S1— or ongoing is available Experience in the field of administration HRD & GA at least 1 years Familiar with archives and databases Familiar in taking care of company documents Able to work with team or independently Domiciled in Jabodetabek Area Understanding English (min. passive) Have good communication skills Understanding Human Resource Management (Selection & Recruitment, Training, Performance
