- Receptionist duty - Managing incoming and outgoing documents. - Preparing attendance report and complete it with leave record. - Input employee data for BPJS Health - Administer employee health insurance claim - Ad hoc administration duty as requested - Checking and approve employees overtime - Input new hire data for SAP - Register new hire for insurance and BPJS - Preparing HR Global Payment Request - Data entry recruitment updates
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Administrative Support or equivalent. Have English skills Good Attitude and Strong Willingness to learn
