Responsible to provide any customer service through online and offline Keep in good relationship with customer Identify, record, and handle customer complains Obtain customer information, check details are correct and obtain any additional information from the prospect Make daily report
REQUIREMENT

Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK/SMA, Diploma Marketing/Communication or equivalent At least 1-year experience as Customer Service or Telemarketing Good communication skill, administrative skill Strong problem-solving skills and highly initiative Required Skill (s) : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
